Her mother is half Maharashtrian and half British. Her father is Gujarati. She started photographic modeling at the age four years. She also appeared in a music video by Phalguni Pathak. She was honored with the Best Debut Award in filmfare 2004 for the movie Taarzan, the wonder car. She is unmarried. She speaks Hindi and English.
